Deleting your Tropka account
In the app
Settings → Account → “Delete account” → enter your password → “Delete”. The web version at this site's address works the same way.
What is deleted
- the account: email, name, password, sessions on all devices;
- the groups you own — with all their trackers, points, trips and statistics;
- your membership in other people's groups (their data stays with their owners).
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. The data leaves the backups within 14 days.
Without the app
Write to arttechlabs@ya.ru from the email address the account is registered with — we delete it within 10 business days.
